The Accuphase ALC-50 is a meticulously crafted 5-meter balanced audio cable featuring 3-pin Cannon (XLR) connectors, designed for high-end audio systems and professional applications. Following the BTS standard, the cable connects the ground pin directly to the shield, ensuring excellent noise rejection and stable grounding in balanced audio setups.
Built on the foundation of Accuphase’s renowned Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) Series cable technology, the ALC-50 incorporates a densely braided oxygen-free copper outer conductor that reliably shields the two twisted internal conductors made from highly pure copper. This advanced shielding minimizes transfer losses and offers exceptional resistance to electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference, maintaining signal clarity.
The center conductors consist of a hybrid combination of highly pure oxygen-free copper wires and silver-plated soft copper wires, designed to deliver superb transfer characteristics with low resistance.
