The Sable Frame 2 Series uses Elite’s CineWhite tensioned 1.1 gain material within a velveteen coated frame. A new design feature for the CineWhite material is a rubber-edge border that makes installation a lot easier and a lot less time consuming. 

Screen Material and Design Overview

The screen features the award-winning CineWhite® 1.1 Gain front projection material, known for its superior picture quality and full tension uniformity across the entire viewing surface. With a black backing to eliminate light penetration, this material delivers outstanding image clarity and brightness at any viewing angle, without compromising resolution. It is fully compatible with Active 3D and 4K Ultra HD content, making it ideal for high-performance home theaters or professional settings.

Design and Installation

The screen boasts a 2.4-inch wide, velvet-coated frame that not only enhances aesthetics but also absorbs projector overshoot, increasing perceived contrast. Its split-frame design ensures reduced shipping costs while maintaining structural integrity. The screen assembles quickly with included tools and hardware such as wall brackets, wood screws with anchors, a screwdriver, and a mallet. Wall brackets allow for horizontal sliding, making it easy to center the screen during installation.

 Acoustic Pro 1080P3

The AcousticPro1080P3 is an acoustically transparent front projection material. The angular weave eliminates the moiré effect while presenting warm neutral colors for today's high definition 1080P (1920x1080) projectors. The AcousticPro1080P3 allows speaker placement behind while allowing an exceptional acoustically transparent performance.

Surface Characteristics

The screen features an acoustically transparent matte white surface, constructed with an angular tight weave that allows sound to pass through without compromising image quality. This front projection material is specifically designed to maintain superb off-axis luminance, ensuring consistent brightness and clarity from a variety of viewing angles. Optimized for 1080p (1920x1080) projector resolutions, it provides a crisp and detailed visual experience. A detachable black backing available exclusively on the Sable Frame and ezFrame Series prevents backlighting artefacts by blocking light from bleeding through the material. The acoustically transparent design introduces a mean audio attenuation of just -3.09 dB in the 8k to 20kHz frequency range, preserving audio fidelity while allowing seamless integration with in-wall speakers.
