Designed for powerful low-frequency extension, the TS110 delivers a deep 28–300 Hz frequency range, driven by a robust 10-inch woofer and capable of producing up to 108 dB SPL. It’s built for studios that demand more headroom, impact, and accuracy in the low end.

The TS110 is part of EVE Audio’s premium ThunderStorm subwoofer series, created to provide precise and controlled bass reproduction without unwanted noise. Thanks to its passive radiator design, the TS110 completely avoids port noise and low-frequency distortion, ensuring clean and tight bass performance. Like all ThunderStorm models, it includes flexible tuning options such as switchable satellite filters (full range or 80 Hz), phase switching (0° / 180°), and adjustable subwoofer crossover frequencies from 60 to 140 Hz, allowing seamless integration into any room or monitoring setup.

At its core, the TS110 features a highly efficient 400W PWM amplifier paired with a proprietary 10-inch woofer. This powerful combination enables the subwoofer to reach down to an impressive 28 Hz, while extending smoothly up to 300 Hz, delivering authoritative bass with a maximum output of 108 dB SPL (@ 1 m). It offers more than enough power and depth for demanding professional studios and high-end listening environments.

The DSP

A key highlight of the TS110 is its advanced DSP section, powered by a high-resolution Burr-Brown converter. This DSP processing is applied exclusively to the subwoofer driver, while the signal path to the satellite speakers remains fully analog with no A/D/A conversion. When the “Pure Satellite” mode is enabled, the subwoofer and DSP filters are completely bypassed, allowing precise control of satellite volume only, while preserving signal purity.

The included remote control provides convenient access to subwoofer volume and full stereo system level adjustments, letting you fine-tune your bass response directly from your listening position.

The passive radiator

What truly defines the TS110’s performance is its passive radiator design, which replaces the traditional bass reflex port. This design completely eliminates audible air turbulence and port noise, resulting in a cleaner and more controlled low-frequency response.

Unwanted pipe resonances common in bass reflex systems due to two-sided port openings are effectively removed. The suspension of the passive radiator provides a restoring force below its tuning frequency, minimizing unnecessary subsonic excursions. This leads to reduced intermodulation distortion and improved clarity within the operating range.

Thanks to this advanced design, the TS110 achieves exceptionally low tuning frequencies while maintaining a compact cabinet, offering powerful, precise bass without compromising space or accuracy.
