Linn LP12 Fluted Plinth

This kiln-dried hardwood plinth features decorative fluting and resembles the original Sondek LP12 design of the early 1970s. It is available in a range of five wooden finishes.

The deck includes your choice of plinth plus Karousel bearing, steel top plate, and inner and outer platter. Plinths can be purchased separately if desired. The Linn LP12 Fluted Plinth brings timeless mid-century design to your turntable setup. Made from kiln-dried hardwood with elegant decorative fluting, it echoes the original Sondek LP12 aesthetic of the early 1970s. Available in five refined wooden finishes, each plinth supports the full LP12 deck, including the Karousel bearing, steel top plate, and inner and outer platters. This is for the fluted plinth only - LP12 turntable sold separately.

Karousel bearing

Every Sondek LP12 comes with Karousel fitted as standard. Karousel is only the third variant of Linn’s single-point bearing design in over 50 years. This innovative evolution produces far smoother rotation and greater stability for lower noise and more music!
