Description
The Linn Majik 119 System brings streaming, amplification and compact bookshelf loudspeakers together in one carefully matched Linn music system. At its centre is the Black Linn Majik DSM, an all-in-one network music player with integrated preamplification and power amplification, partnered with a pair of Linn 119 passive loudspeakers in your chosen finish.
Linn Majik 119 System
The Linn Majik 119 System combines the all-in-one Majik DSM network music player with a matched pair of compact Linn 119 loudspeakers to create a complete, integrated music system. The Majik DSM brings together music streaming, preamplification and power amplification in one component, eliminating the need for a separate power amplifier.
Designed for versatile everyday listening, the system supports connectivity for compatible televisions, turntables and digital audio sources. The compact Linn 119 loudspeakers deliver detailed sound reproduction while fitting comfortably into a variety of listening spaces. Professional delivery, installation and setup are included to help ensure the system is configured to suit your room and listening requirements.
A complete Linn music system
Everything needed to begin listening
The Linn Majik 119 System combines the source, preamplifier and power amplifier within one Majik DSM, accompanied by a pair of compact Linn 119 loudspeakers.
It is designed for customers who want genuine high-performance hi-fi without filling the room with separate boxes, complex controls and unnecessary clutter. Stream music, connect a television, add a compatible turntable or listen through headphones, all through one central Linn component.
The heart of the system
Streaming, control and amplification in one component
Majik DSM combines a network music player, digital and analogue source hub, preamplifier and two-channel power amplifier within one compact enclosure.
Its built-in amplification provides 100 W per channel, giving the Linn 119 loudspeakers a dedicated and neatly integrated foundation. The Majik DSM supplied with this system is available in Black only.
Compact Linn loudspeakers
Designed to perform beautifully in real rooms
Linn 119 is a compact two-way bookshelf loudspeaker designed to deliver an engaging performance without demanding a large listening space.
Its proportions make it suitable for dedicated speaker stands, sturdy furniture or shelving, depending on the room and intended installation. The rear-ported design can perform effectively close to a wall, while professional positioning and Space Optimisation help tailor the system to the room.
Complete system
One Black Majik DSM and one pair of Linn 119 loudspeakers are included.
100 W per channel
Integrated Class-D amplification powers the left and right loudspeakers directly.
Space Optimisation
The system can be configured around the room, loudspeaker position and listening area.
Stream your music
Access music without adding another source
Majik DSM can play music from compatible network storage, internet radio and supported streaming platforms.
It also supports wireless playback through Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and compatible services including AirPlay, Spotify Connect and Roon. The Linn control app provides access to music, sources, volume and playback settings from a compatible phone, tablet or computer.
Connect the television
Bring television, films and games into the system
Majik DSM includes four HDMI inputs and one HDMI output with ARC, allowing compatible televisions and entertainment sources to play through the Linn 119 loudspeakers.
Games consoles, streaming devices and disc players can be connected alongside the television, helping the Linn system become the central audio hub for the room. The HDMI connections support compatible 4K video equipment.
Ready for vinyl
Connect a moving-magnet turntable
The Majik DSM includes an RCA input that can be configured for a compatible moving-magnet phono cartridge. This allows a suitable turntable to connect without requiring a separate external moving-magnet phono stage.
Made for everyday listening
Direct control without always reaching for an app
Six customisable smart buttons provide immediate access to favourite music, playlists, radio stations and connected sources.
A multifunction control provides direct access to playback and volume functions from the Majik DSM itself. A front-mounted quarter-inch headphone output also makes private listening straightforward.
Configured for the room
Linn Space Optimisation included
Linn Space Optimisation models how the room and the position of the loudspeakers influence low-frequency performance.
The setup can account for room dimensions, construction materials, speaker placement and the principal listening area. This provides greater flexibility when the loudspeakers cannot be positioned in an acoustically ideal location because of furniture, doors or the practical demands of the room.
Choose your speaker finish
Four finishes for the Linn 119 loudspeakers
The Majik DSM is supplied in Black, while the Linn 119 loudspeakers can be selected in Walnut, Oak, Satin Black or Satin White.
Natural wood finishes bring warmth and visible grain to the system, while Satin Black and Satin White offer a quieter, more architectural appearance. The selected finish applies to both loudspeakers in the supplied pair.
