The XR100 Floor Standing Loudspeaker combines sleek, contemporary design with exceptional acoustic performance. Despite its slim profile, it delivers full-range audio reproduction typically associated with much larger loudspeaker cabinets. Available in luxurious Black and Red Walnut fine-gloss wood finishes, the XR100 enhances any space with refined visual appeal. Its magnetically attached grille finished in acoustically transparent black cloth maintains clean aesthetics while ensuring pure, unobstructed sound.
Engineered as a ported 4-way floor-standing speaker, the XR100 offers powerful, detailed, and dynamic audio across all frequencies. McIntosh’s patented Solid Cinch™ speaker binding posts ensure secure and reliable cable connections, preventing accidental loosening and reducing the risk of shorts. The gold-plated posts further enhance long-term durability and preserve signal integrity between amplifier and speaker.
The iconic McIntosh front-panel logo can be illuminated when used with compatible McIntosh systems, adding a distinctive visual touch to your setup. Compatible with amplifiers ranging from 75 to 600 watts, the XR100 provides versatile power handling for a wide range of systems. For optimal placement, each speaker includes both spikes and furniture glide feet, ensuring stability and performance on different floor surfaces.
