Description
The Monitor Audio Radius 390 is a compact yet powerful active subwoofer, designed to deliver deep, controlled bass for both music and home cinema applications. Housed in a rigid 18 mm MDF cabinet with internal bracing for reduced resonance, the Radius 390 features a cool-running 200 W Class D amplifier with a switch-mode power supply (SMPSU), ensuring efficient and reliable performance even under demanding use.
At its core are twin 10" C-CAM drivers one active and one passive Auxiliary Bass Radiator (ABR) positioned in a side-firing configuration to maximize output while maintaining a discreet profile. A low-pass filter switch allows users to select between LFE and stereo input modes, while the power switch includes ON, Auto, and 12V trigger settings for flexible system integration. With stereo/LFE RCA inputs and three EQ presets (Music, Movie, and Impact), the Radius 390 adapts seamlessly to various content and room types, delivering rich, room-filling low frequencies from a compact footprint.
