At the heart of its precision engineering is Rotel’s ultra-low noise power supply, built around a large in-house manufactured toroidal transformer that minimizes stray emissions. This is supported by slit-foil, low ESR capacitors that provide stable current to sensitive circuits, significantly reducing noise and distortion while maintaining an ultra-quiet noise floor. A premium Texas Instruments 32-bit DAC handles digital sources, paired with custom-tuned output filters to ensure exceptional dynamic detail and musical expression.
The RC-1572MKII offers versatile connectivity, including analog, digital, XLR, aptX™ and AAC Bluetooth, and a Moving Magnet phono stage for turntables. It supports high-resolution digital playback through a 32-bit/384kHz PC-USB connection with MQA compatibility and is fully Roon Tested for seamless access to extensive online music libraries.
Ease of use is enhanced with a remote control and front panel display, along with automatic power control, signal sensing, fixed volume settings, and tone adjustments for personalized listening. With RCA, XLR, and subwoofer outputs, plus Ethernet and RS232 for system integration and updates, the RC-1572MKII effortlessly bridges CDs, digital files, and vinyl bringing together generations of music and listeners.
