Vicoustic’s famous VicPattern Ultra Wavewood now features improved acoustic performance.

The VicPET Wool in the interior of this Wavewood panel has been enhanced to a thick 38mm layer to maximize acoustic absorption, significantly improving performance in low and low-mid frequencies compared to the previous version. VicPET Wool also supports Vicoustic’s commitment to sustainability, as it is made from recycled plastic, contributing to greener and more environmentally friendly products.

The panel is enclosed in high-quality MDF and High-Pressure Laminate (HPL), making it durable, easy to clean, and a unique acoustic solution. As the new generation of Vicoustic’s flagship panel, the VicPattern Ultra Wavewood MKII features a distinctive outline that enhances a room’s acoustic ambience, perfectly blending acoustic science with design. It is available in five wood patterns and two matte finishes, including Dark Walnut and Natural Walnut.

Supplied with VicFix Mini for wall installation, the panel can also be installed on ceilings using the VicFix J Profile 2m (sold separately). For corner applications, VicFix Corner Plus is recommended, while ceiling suspension can be achieved using the VicFix Suspension Profile 1190mm (sold separately).

Both new and existing users can upgrade their VicPattern panels to the latest standard using the VicPattern Ultra Upgrade Kit, which adds a second layer of PET to the back of previous models to further enhance acoustic performance.

VicPattern Ultra Wavewood MKII Features

The VicPattern Ultra Wavewood MKII is constructed using premium MDF and anti-scratch HPL, ensuring durability and a refined finish. It is polyurethane-free and fully recyclable, making it an environmentally conscious choice. The panel comes with reinforced packaging for safe handling and features a finish that extends to the sides for a seamless look. Its removable filling allows for the integration of lighting, adding versatility to its design. Additionally, it includes professional fixation systems, ensuring secure and flexible installation for various applications.

ARCS (Absorption and Reflection Control System)

The ARCS system is Vicoustic’s research model and has been developed to assist in acoustic absorption and diffusion combination solutions. The Wavewood acoustic panel incorporates the research undertaken by our technicians to achieve the optimal balance between the absorption area and the reflecting surface.
